LeaseFinder
Product Overview
LeaseFinder couples BLM land use data with powerful search capabilities to provide a means of quickly researching, reporting and analyzing land use on federal lands. This allows users to swiftly determine which federal parcels are currently encumbered by leases or other land uses, evaluate conflicting land uses, analyze competitor lease positions, and determine price-per-acre data and the timing of lease expirations. In addition, LeaseFinder facilitates the quick creation of land maps via XeDAR's CartéView mapping software. LeaseFinder is designed for land professionals, exploration geologists, oil and gas business development professionals and divestment and acquisition teams who spend time researching BLM records, own or wish to acquire federal land rights, perform any type of competitive or strategic assessments of oil & gas producing areas, or are involved in governmental or environmental regulation of land.
