XeDAR sells the Meridio electronic document and records management (eDRM) product under a GSA SmartBUY contract.  Meridio's solution seamlessly integrates into Microsoft desktop applications.  It provides complete lifecycle records management, a scalable architecture, transparent integration with Microsoft Office, and a comprehensive rules-based automatic capture and retention for Microsoft Exchange Email.  Meridio makes complying with corporate records management policies easy with access from the following set of client interfaces:

• Meridio for Sharepoint provides functionality to declare records through the Sharepoint interface, and integrated searching across multiple repositories.
• Meridio for Microsoft Outlook allows users to drag and drop e-mails and attachments between mailboxes and Meridio.
• Meridio for Desktop Applications allows users to access Meridio directly from ODMA (Open Document Management API) compliant applications, such as Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
• Meridio for Web Browsers is a web server interface that allows full access to Meridio facilities from a standard Web browser.
• Meridio for Kofax Ascent Capture automatically stores scanned images in Meridio, along with their indexing information and an optional optical character recognition (OCR) text rendition.
• Meridio Enterprise Reporting provides standard management reports, as well as a customer reporting interface.
• SAP Archivelink allows SAP documnts to be archived into Meridio and managed alongside other corporate records in the Meridio repository.
