Air Force Awards Contract Extension to Point One Subsidiary

April 1, 2008 - The Air Force has exercised the first year option of a five-year blanket purchase agreement to a project team of which Xedar's Point One subsidiary is a member.  Point One's portion of this contract award is estimated at $752,000. The total contract estimate for the five-year contract period for Point One is estimated at $4.1 million.

Point One is teaming with Addx Corporation to provide technical and management consultation to the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Warfighting Integration & Chief Information Officer (SAF/XC), a headquarters Air Force office that is responsible for the management and control of over $40 billion of integration and information assets.  Point One's services are focused on creating and maintaining an automated workflow processing system and developing, managing and maintaining a facilities and multi-media support center to include webpage/portal and communications support. SAF/XC will use this to provide connectivity to over 300,000 Air Force personnel.
