Hugh Williamson III, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Williamson is Chairman and CEO of XēDAR Corporation and is its principal investor. He is a former Fortune 500 Chairman and CEO and has extensive CEO experience in both publicly and privately held companies. He has particular expertise in acquisitions, funding and corporate turnaround situations. His educational background includes a BS in Engineering Sciences from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA.
Jack Howard Jacobs
Mr. Jacobs is a Principal of the Fitzroy Group, which specializes in real estate development and investments. He was previously a Managing Director of Bankers Trust, as well as the founder of AutoFinance Group, Inc. He has also attained the rank of Colonel (Ret.) in the U.S. Army and was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor. Mr. Jacobs' education includes a BS and an MS from Rutgers University.
Jay W. Kelley
Jay Kelley is the President of the Falcon Foundation. Most recently, he was President, ManTech Space Systems and ManTech Global Services. Jay presently serves on the Executive Advisory Board for Tri West, the Advisory Board for US Falcon, the Executive Advisory Board for MEI Technology, and a Director on the Board of the Association of Air Force Missileers. He is a retired Lieutenant Gen, USAF, and is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and has a Master of Science degree in Political Science from Auburn University.
Trusten Allen McArtor
Mr. McArtor is the Chairman of Airbus North America Holdings, which is the parent company of Airbus North America Sales, Airbus North America Customer Services and Airbus North America Engineering. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Legend Airlines, as well as the Administer of the Federal Aviation Administration. He has a BS in Engineering Sciences from the U.S. Air Force Academy, as well as an MSE from Arizona State University.
Craig Andrew Parker
Mr. Parker is the CEO of Optimal Reading Services Group. He was formerly the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Emageon, Inc. and CFO of EnteGreat, Inc. His education includes a BS from the University of North Carolina and a J.D. from the University of Alabama.
Alan Victor Rogers
Mr. Rogers is the President of AV Rogers & Associates LLC and was formerly an Executive Vice President at CACI International, Inc. He was previously the General Manager of the Federal Defense Group at American Management Systems. He has also attained the rank of Major General in the U.S. Air Force. His education includes a BS from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Roger John Steinbecker
Mr. Steinbecker is a retired PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) audit partner. He was formerly the managing partner of PWC's Denver and Philadelphia offices and the audit partner for a number of publicly-held companies. His education includes a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Accounting from the University of Missouri.
