Hugh Williamson III
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Williamson is the CEO and Chairman of XeDAR Corporation, and is its principal investor. He is a former Fortune 500 Chairman and CEO, and has extensive CEO experience in both publicly and privately held companies. He has particular expertise in acquisitions, funding, and corporate turnaround situations. His educational background includes a BS in Engineering Sciences from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and an MBA.

Steve Bragg
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bragg is XeDAR's CFO, and is responsible for its accounting, finance, and administration functions. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and Certified Internal Auditor. Mr. Bragg has been the CFO or controller of four companies, as well as a consulting manager with Ernst & Young. He is the author of 34 business books, including Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Accounting Best Practices, Controllership, Fast Close, and the Wiley GAAP Guide. Mr. Bragg's education includes a BA in Economics, an MBA, and an MS in Finance.

Chuck Killpack
President, Geospatial Division
Mr. Killpack manages the overall operations of the geospatial division. Mr. Killpack was formerly the president of E-ConAgra.com, and has also been the general manager of ESRI, where he had responsibility for business and contract development, federal sales contracts, managing the ESRI Business Partner program, and overseeing R&D efforts for current and future product lines. He holds a BS in Landscape Architecture and an MS in Landscape Architecture and Planning from Harvard University.

Bob Johnson
President, Premier Data Services
Mr. Johnson is the president of XeDAR's Premier Data Services subsidiary. Before founding Premier, he managed the Mapping and Land Information business unit of Petroleum Information Corporation (PI). At PI, he designed, implemented, and managed data accumulation, abstracting and conversion procedures for the automation of PI's land information and lease ownership map products. He has also held staff and management positions with oil & gas, geothermal, mining, and information services companies. He has a BS in Geology.

Don Rakestraw
CEO, Atlantic Systems/Point One
Mr. Rakestraw is the CEO of XeDAR's Atlantic Systems and Point One subsidiaries. His areas of expertise include obtaining funding for technology programs, strategic planning and technology investment analyses, and IT project management. He was formerly the Executive Director of Operations of the National Rifle Association, the senior Military Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, and was a fighter squadron commander. Mr. Rakestraw's education includes a BS in Engineering Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and Masters Degrees in Business Management and International Relations.

Marty Terwilliger
President, FuGEN
Mr. Terwilliger has been the president of XeDAR's FuGEN subsidiary since he founded the company in 1994. Earlier, Mr. Terwilliger held several management positions with the U.S. Department of Treasury and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He has extensive experience with object relational database design and implementation, as well as in implementing large imaging and document management systems, and has architected a number of large government systems. His educational background includes a BS in Forestry from Oregon State University.
